The common area in a hostel is a great opportunity of learning. Almost every hostel has such area, full of chairs and couches where the travelers gather together. The interesting part is that the most weird folks start showing up and they simply start talking to everyone. It's like a family. Today for instance after convincing the DJ (AKA hostel receptionist) to play some Salsa, there were some Salsa lessons with an American girl. The American girl was teaching Salsa to the Argentinian girl, kinda funny if you ask me.
I have the feeling that Alcohol could very well end all of the world problems. If you place a few beer bottles around everyone is friends with everyone immediately. And there's this Israeli dude who speaks fluent Spanish, he's on the hostel for 2 months already and he's even thinking on dropping his career (Lawyer) and opening a hostel here in Ushuaia.
But what impresses me the most is the fact that the Argentinians love Brazil so much. Just mention that you are a Brazilian and they start singing Carnaval songs. Certainly they don't know the meaning of the lyrics, if only they knew.
Alright, let me get this guitar and play some "La Bamba" as there's a dude playing the Bongo, another one is singing it.

A area comum de um albergue e uma tremenda oportunidade de aprender. Quase todo albergue possui uma area, cheia de cadeiras ou sofas onde o pessoal vai chegando e trocando figurinhas. O mais impressionante e que vao surgindo as figuras mais estranhas, e vao trocando ideias com todos. Hoje por exemplo, apos convencer o DJ a por Salsa para tocar, rolou uma sessao de aulas de Salsa, porem, com uma Americana. Estava a americana a ensinar salsa para uma argentina. hehehe. A impressao e que o alcool e a solucao para os problemas do mundo, hehee, porque eh so largar umas garrafas (botellas) de cerveja por aqui e todo mundo ja e amigo e ja estao como amigos desde a infancia, hehe. E tem este tipo israelense que fala espanhol fluente, ja esta aqui no mesmo albergue fazem 2 meses e esta pensando ate em largar a profissao de advogado em israel para abrir um albergue em ushuaia. Mas o que mais impressiona e como os argentinos gostam do brasil. E so falar que e brasileiro e ja saem a cantar um pedaco de "segura o tchan, amarra o tchan", ehehehe, mal sabem eles o que significa. Bora, e so pegar o violao e tocar "La bamba" no segundo seguinte ja tem um tocando bongo, um batucando a mesa e os outros cantando, hehe.
