Lovely city of the leaning tower. Very, very charming. For some reason I always thought the tower was brown but nope, it's almost white and the 2 other buildings (Duomo and Battiestero), with blue sky and the green grass make for the perfect wallpaper.
The small town feeling you have here plus walking the way to the tower full of Cafes and bars is an experience I will take with me forever. Apparently there are more leaning towers around and all of them due to the soil. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to see the sea, with a day like this it would be wonderful.
A cidade da torre inclinada! Muito charmosa. Por alguma razão eu sempre achei que a torre era marrom, mas ela é branca, tipo feita de mármore. Aliás, não só ela, como também a Catedral e o Batistério. Somne isto com o céu azul e a grama verde e você tem o papel de parede perfeito. Esta sensação de cidade pequena mais caminhar pela rua que dá acesso a torre cheia de bares e cafés é uma experiência que vou levar comigo pra sempre. Parece que tem mais 2 torres inclinadas, todas com o mesmo problema, o solo cedeu. Infelizmente não pudemos visitar o mar, teria sido fantástico.
É ali o Jardim do Éden descrito na bíblia?
